Air conditioning is not cooling
Quick diagnosis when your AC blows air but doesn't cool. Common causes and solutions.

Check the mode is set to "cool" and not "fan" or "heat"

Lower the temperature to minimum (16-18°C) to rule out ambient temperature

Clean the filters on the indoor unit — usually behind the front panel

Check the outdoor unit is running and the fan is spinning

Look for ice on the outdoor unit pipes

If the compressor starts and stops repeatedly, it may need a refrigerant refill
⚠️ If you see ice on the pipes or the compressor makes strange noises, turn it off and call a technician. Running it in that state can damage the compressor.
