Unplug all appliances in your home

Try to reset the circuit breaker

If it stays up: plug appliances back in one by one until you find the one causing it

If it won't stay up: the problem is in the fixed wiring (cables, sockets)

Check for moisture in sockets or the breaker panel

Look for damaged or frayed cables on any appliance
⚠️ Never touch the breaker panel with wet hands. If the breaker keeps tripping, it's dangerous — there may be a ground fault.
