Step-by-step guide to try unblocking your sink before calling a professional.

Remove any visible food debris from the drain

Pour half a litre of boiling water directly down

If that doesn't work: pour 3 tablespoons of baking soda + half a glass of vinegar

Wait 30 minutes then pour more boiling water
5
Try a plunger with rapid up-and-down movements

If nothing works: the blockage is deeper and needs professional equipment
